Author's Bio

Allen Qing Yuan, born in 1995, was raised in Vancouver, Canada, where he currently attends high school. Mentored by his poet father Changming Yuan, Allen has since grade 10 had poems appear in more than 50 literary publications across 13 countries, which include Blue Fifth Review, Cirque, Contemporary American Voices, Cordite Poetry Review, Istanbul Literary Review, Literary Review of Canada, MOBIUS, Ottawa Arts Review, Paris/Atlantic, Poetry Scotland, PoetsWest, Spillway, Taj Mahal Review, Toronto Quarterly and Two Thirds North. Together with Changming, Allen co-founded Poetry Pacific at poetrypacific.blogspot.ca in November 2012, and has ever since been functioning as its co-publisher/editor.
