Author's Bio

I am a word coach helping anybody with anything to do with words, written, spoken or performed. I guide creators from the first spark to their final flourish and presentation. In all my work I focus on the power of poetic image and on storyline, be it with lawyers, PhD researchers, poets, creative writers of any kind, doctors, business executives, or children.

As performance poet/storyteller I am commissioned to create major public pieces, such as opening Boston's Deer Island Sewage Treatment Plant. I create poems and pieces for ceremonies, sometimes as officiant.

My one-woman-show 'Suddenly Single' weaves poetry, improvisational acting and storytelling, and has been well received both here and in England.

My work takes me to England, Europe, New Zealand and Australia, as well as here and there in the US.
