Author's Bio

Janeen Rastall is the author of In the Yellowed House(dancing girl press 2014), Objects May Appear Closer (Celery City Chapbook,2015) and Heart Radicals with Allie Marini, Sandra Marchetti and Les Kay (ELJ Publications, 2016). Her poetry has appeared in several publications including: The Raleigh Review, North Dakota Quarterly, Heron Tree and The Fourth River. She was awarded a writing residency at Sundress Academy for the Arts in 2016.

Her chapbook, Objects May Appear Closer won the 2015 Celery City Chapbook Contest. She has been nominated by Wayne State University Press(2013) and Border Crossing (2014) for a Pushcart Prize.the museum of americana nominated her for a 2014 Best of the Net Award.
