My poetry collections include The Compost Reader (Accents Publishing) and five chapbooks, and poems, short fiction, essays, creative non-fiction, interviews and reviews in Water~Stone Review, Artful Dodge, diode poetry journal, terrain.org, PoetsArtists, Apple Valley Review, DMQ, Best American Poetry blog, American Literary Review, Poets’ Quarterly, AGNI online and many others. I hold an MFA from the NEOMFA, where I served as editor of Whiskey Island Magazine. I am founding director of Lit Youngstown, a literary arts center in Northeast Ohio. I have been an invited reader, presenter, workshop leader or guest lecturer at numerous community-based and academic venues and conferences.
