Editorial Focus

Minola Review is an online literary journal founded in 2016 with the aim of giving space for women’s writing. Today, the journal publishes the work of all those who identify as women and non-binary writers, continuing the founding mission of providing a platform for underrepresented stories, voices, and experiences.

Tips From the Editor

Say here what you’re afraid to say elsewhere. The process of selection is rigorous. We are interested in the fearless and unsympathetic, featuring only work that goes where others are uncomfortable or afraid to go, collecting raw yet well-crafted work to create a space that is honest about the otherwise underrepresented women’s experience. We accept work from all women, femme-identifying, and nonbinary individuals.
