Journal SOILED

SOILED is an architectural periodical. It investigates latent issues in the built environment and the politics of space. SOILED operates at the interstices of architecture, urbanism, and the pedosphere, providing a venue for dialogue and exploration. SOILED investigates collective issues, documenting hidden systems and in-between spaces. SOILED curates ideas from the arable to the obscene, decentering the conventional categories used to define the built environment. SOILED employs narratives, manifestoes, mappings, ephemera and live events.

Journal The Sonder Review

The Sonder Review is a publication of art, short fiction, and creative nonfiction that strives to question, redefine, and challenge conventional viewpoints. Our magazine lives both online and in print and is based in Upstate, New York. We believe in prose that strikes and sparks. Words raw and shuddering and unabashed. Language that drips thick and pierces deeply. We believe in storytelling that is innovative and daring, precise and oddly angled. Writing which shows us the bizarre and magical and profound; which shows us a self we have never seen and truth we have never known.

Journal Songs of Eretz Poetry Review

We offer two opportunities for publication: the (nearly) daily Review, and an annual Contest. Our mission is to attract, promote, and publish the good poetry of good poets. We will consider unpublished and previously published poetry of any genre and length. Songs of Eretz is unique in that we feature the poet as much as the poetry. Each poem is thoughtfully paired with a graphic and accompanied by the poet's bio, the poet's notes, and an editor's note. In addition, all submissions receive personal responses from the editor--a courtesy that is almost unheard of these days.
