Author's Bio

Tara Ballard holds an MFA from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Her home state is Alaska. After spending eight years in the Middle East and West Africa, where she and her husband taught English in local area schools and universities, she is now pursuing her PhD in the American Midwest.
