MASKS Literary Magazine is a Weisman Award-winning print and online journal based out of the Columbia College Chicago Aesthetics of Research. It provides a space to showcase new and unexpected perspectives. It sponsors contests and publishes art, poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction.

Tips From the Editor

We do not charge submission fees, and we pay our contributors. We are open to all forms of prose, poetry, art, and photography but are particularly interested in the eccentric, lyrical, unique, off-beat, and unexpected. We love to be surprised by something we’ve never seen before. Please read our submission guidelines carefully and send us work you love.
