JANE LECROY is a NYC based poet, singer, performance artist, and home-birthing mother of 3, who serves the poetry gods.  Among her many publications and recordings, her chapbook, “Names”, was published by the art-book house, Booklyn, in the award winning, ABC chapbook series, that was purchased by the Library of Congress along with her braid!  Three Rooms Press published, “Signature Play", a multimedia book of lyrical poems, including a nomination for a Pushcart Prize. Pink Trees Press published a full-length poetry collection, “Spellbook of Ordinary Mistakes." The Smithsonian has many of her poems included in their Fast Folk archive, all available through the Smithsonian. She fronts the avant-pop band, The Icebergs, and the spontaneous experimental music project, Ω▽Ohmslice. She has toured with the SanFrancisco based, all women’s poetry troupe, “Sister Spit”.  She also performs as a featured character in the immersive theater experience, “Poetry Brothel NYC”.  Jane teaches poetry all over NYC from the elementary level through university, and publishes student work.
