Author's Bio

Former Writer-in-Residence (Truman State University), former Brigham Young University Distinguished Professor of English and Creative Writing, fluent in English, French, German, over 200 readings in the U.S., France, Germany, Guam, Japan, and Korea, Oklahoma Poet Laureate 2009/2010. Author of a dozen books, most recently Sundown Explains Nothing: New and Selected Poems.  He lives in both Oklahoma and New Mexico.
