Maxima Kahn

Maxima Kahn lives in the Sierra Nevada in California. Her debut full-length collection of poems, Fierce Aria, was released by Finishing Line Press in May 2020. Her poetry and essays have appeared in The Louisville Review, Wisconsin Review, Spillway, and Sweet, among many others. She has received fellowships and scholarships to the Vermont Studio Center and the Community of Writers and twice been nominated for Best of the Net. Having taught at the University of California, Davis Extension, she now teaches and blogs at BrilliantPlayground.com.
