On June 1 & 2, the Bay Area Book Festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a two day extravaganza of literary delights. Highlights include:

New: Writers' Day at Berkeley Public Library
The Bay Area is filled with writers and authors, both aspiring and published. The Festival seeks to honor and nurture writers with a free, day-long series of workshops and sessions led by accomplished authors, publishers, and instructors.
Sunday June 2 only:
- Outdoor Fair/Literary Marketplace
- Four stages with presentations by acclaimed authors and thought leaders
- Literary Marketplace
- 100+ exhibitors
- Author Pavilion – new and emerging authors
- Youth Activity Tent ─ interactive fun for kids of all ages

Headliners include: Pulitzer Prize winners Joshunda Sanders and Tommy Orange, Joan Baez, Amy Tan, R.O. Kwon, Naomi Klein, Faith Adiele, and Charlie Jane Anders.
