Want to write for parenting publications but need help figuring out where to start?

Writing parenting pieces can be a great way to break into a variety of outlets, and many parenting publications are open to working with writers new to publishing. But writing about parenting can come with privacy concerns and other special considerations: When to center your own experience versus your kids’ experience? Should you name names? Ask your kids’ permission? How do you authentically–and usefully!–share your story without ruining your child’s online footprint forever?

Join Natalie Serianni and Julie Vick to explore how to mine your incredible parenting experience (the beautiful, the brilliant, the hilarious) and learn strategies for sharing without oversharing, markets for parenting pieces, elements of a successful pitch, navigating privacy concerns, and more.

Join this webinar to learn…

  • The SPECIAL considerations when writing about your kids
  • How to EFFECTIVELY CRAFT a parenting pitch to send an editor
